We ate there last night with our 4 grandchildren which included a baby. Noah was our server and he did a fantastic job refilling our drinks, checking on our needs and making sure we were happy. We had a variety of foods, steaks, salads, kids meals and of course the delicious RT biscuits. The meals were served hot and very tasty!! Very satisfied!!!!

The Ormond Beach location just re-branded, so it was nice to visit a new interior and a new menu. I've never been here before, so I was excited to try a chain with a menu I hadn't experienced. Our waiter was Taylor, who was an amazingly kind young man. It was very apparant this may have been his first week working, but he didn't let uncertainty about the menu and other things detract from the experience. He was patient, did the best he could, and with time will probably be one of the stronger assets this restaurant has. Major kudos to him. Issues we encountered: The salad bar needed re-stocking badly at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. There only seemed to be one other person working aside from a manager, and the kitchen staff seemed to be sending out food very slowly. We waited almost 45 minutes for a burger and a pasta dish, while our other party members just had the salad bar. I must also mention that an item I'm allergic to was in my pasta dish, and the burger another co-worker ordered was not cooked to her specification (medium rare) but was in fact well done. The manager made sure to come over and apologize and explain they were understaffed that day, and when she offered free desserts to us I declined and asked for the check, but she still brought some mini cupcakes anyways. Ten minutes later she came by and asked how the desserts were, and we had to ask for the check again, which she did not deliver, but Taylor did an additional five minutes after that. The restaurant may have had some major service issues that day but between the kitchen making mistakes on both orders, the salad bar missing several ingredients, the experience fell really flat, which is disappointing because the menu looked very appealing.

I haven't to one of these in over 2 decades... :-X I finally went to one... Food = The shrimp fondue was delicious (with unlimited tortilla chips, should you choose to gorge yourself on this app.) The fish with shrimp was good, except for the extra amount of sauce smothering the seafood. I was not pleased. Also, the broccoli was overcooked to mush (but that could be due to the blue hairs clientele that frequent this place.) The best part of this meal was their salad bar. Fresh greens, crisp vegetables and plenty of variety. Service = friendly and efficient. Prices = reasonable.

Nice location and friendly service but my wife had a stone (black rock) in her salad. Took it our of her mouth as luckily did not beak a tooth. Manager came over and took rock and said he would send it to the Corporate Office. We paid $35 for lunch and zero deduction for rock in wife's salad. Think there should be deduction for rock in salad. Should have offered some thing. Too many other places to eat in Daytona. Won't go back for fear of more rocks as well as managers lack of being proactive in handling situation. Maybe I am expecting too much....

Great for lunch. The salad bar is fantastic. The new pretzel burgers are yummy. You can substitute turkey, if you like. Love the jalapeno one.

Great service! Waiter was very attentive and professional. Restaurant was clean and obviously well managed. Food was good too. Especially the hickory bourbon sauce and of course the salad bar.

I love their salad bar. A great value added to any entrée. If I was hungry, I'd probably go there now. A chicken fresco doesn't sound bad about now. Damn, too bad I have to go to work and they're closed when I get back. Maybe lunch tomorrow.

Terrible food and service. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. The bun was overpowering and they put way too much mayonnaise on the sandwich. As a side I got the smashed cauliflower which was extremely rich. My friend got a smokehouse burger and it came out without cheese. When she asked for cheese they brought out two slices of kraft american cheese instead of the cheddar cheese that was on the menu. Felt sick after eating the food. The wait staff was almost too nice border lining on nauseating. At the same time we had to request things multiple times.

I have to say I've always loved Ruby Tuesdays but this one went above and beyond. They had the best sangria I have ever tasted at only $4 per glass and the atmosphere was perfect. The lighting, walls, and booths all matched very well and provided an upscale feel to a very reasonably priced meal. We ordered sliders and they were amazing. It was $9 for two sliders, unlimited fries, and the salad bar (which has a ton of good stuff on it). The staff was extremely friendly and very quick with everything. It isn't often that you walk into a restaurant and immediately start making jokes with the staff, but this is one of those places. If you are in Daytona Beach and want reliably good food, go here.
